Cheering on Ryder Hesjedal in Paris at the Tour de France

Acumen's own Kim Van Bruggen took her PR smarts to Paris' Champs-Élysées on Sunday to lead the cheering for Victoria's own Ryder Hesjedal, as he rode to an amazing seventh place finish in the Tour de France.

The picture above was taken from a CBC report that aired on the National News Sunday night. I can't link to the actual report, but you can see it for yourself here.

Here's what Kim told us via an excited email early this morning:

"CBC actually came looking for us. The Garmin car must've told them about the crazy canucks on the concorde with our signs and Canada shirts. So many other team cars were taking pictures of us and giving us the thumbs up when they went by before the riders came. It was so much fun. Anyhow, I'm going to try to blog about it.
